Gun Safety

For New Year's Day, we took the children out target shooting.  Russ gave an excellent speach on gun safety and then took a turn with each child, instructing them how to hold the gun, aim, remove the safety, and then squeeze and shoot.  My job was to entertain the other three children who were not having their turn shooting, by pulling them around in the sled.  It would have been great fun if there would have been a hill to sled on, but a las, it was pretty flat.  So I just used all of my huge muscles and pulled them around.  They were screaming cuz they were going so fast!!!!

 

And every child hit the target more than once!  They are dead eyes with the BB Gun!!!!
