In eleven days, bright and early in the morning, we will be leaving the country for eleven days!!!!! I'm excited, nervous, stressed, worried, happy, joyous, and such a mix of emotions that I can hardly get anything done.
Number one on the list: making sure that our four children at home will be loved and taken care of and safe!!! We have some wonderful friends that will be staying in our home for almost the entire time. They will need some support! Alot of support and maybe some play dates for kids:)
Number two on the list: packing! We need to take our own toilet paper:) And we would like to take some items for the orphanages where our children are. If you would like to give something (anything) we would be more than happy to take it over with us. As far as we know, they could use bandaids, baby aspirin, diapers, formula, summer clothing, toys, coloring books, play dough, puzzles, tooth brushes, and flashlights. It would be best if you want to donate items to get them to us before Thanksgiving so that we can make sure that they will fit in our luggage.
Number three on the list: shopping, cleaning, organizing, cooking, laundry, and maybe some sleep!
Wow, what an amazing experience is on the horizon! I wish I lived closer to help you out. I am excited to read about all the fun you are about to have.
