I took the girls to the art museum for their saturday fundraiser. They painted pots, which were later fired and then we were able to pick them up.
They had their faces painted, which they loved.
And then they had a turn at turning a pot on the wheel. It was just a chance to get a feel for making a pot, not to actually make something worth keeping.
